Self-Leadership has been developed within the University of Geneva, member of the top 15 European and top 60 World ranked universities of Shanghai.
Self-Leadership, originally created for the MBA program of the University of Geneva, is now used by 5 different executive programs within the Geneva School of Economics and Management.
Each year, about fifteen researchers, managers and coaches invest about 300 hours in R&D and continuous improvement of the program.
The coaches are all certified by the University of Geneva.
Each coach and each intervention is supervised by an approved Program Director, responsible for the application of the program according to the University’s requirements and quality criteria.
A numbered certificate is given to each coach finishing the program.
